I want you to share what you love most in life. Leave a comment, leave a link to a song, tell me your favourite movie, ice cream, the point is to share something you love. I picked ten to start.
1-I love to love and be loved. I love my family, my husband, my kids, the way we love one another is so precious.
2-I love to laugh and I laugh really loud, the kind of laugh that makes other people laugh. I love getting the giggles, adult and kid giggles are the best.
3- I love music that moves me to write, to sing, to dance, to play guitar, music uplifts me and inspires me, and it nourishes my soul.
4-I love going for walks on misty, rainy days.
5-I love PiYo. It’s kicking my butt but I love it, I can feel myself getting stronger.
6-I love poetry. One of my favourite poets is Pablo Neruda. If you have never read any of his poetry, put it on your list. This is some of the one I love the most.
“I love you without knowing how, or when, or from where. I love you simply, without problems or pride: I love you in this way because I do not know any other way of loving but this, in which there is no I or you, so intimate that your hand upon my chest is my hand, so intimate that when I fall asleep your eyes close.”
7-I love old movies. I was brought up on black and white films that I used to watch with my mom and grandmother. My most favourite for this time of year is Its A Wonderful Life.
8-I love to read. I have so many beloved books but by far the series I love and enjoy the most is the Outlander series by Diana Gabaldon. If you have not read the story of Jamie and Claire, read the books before you watch the television series. Trust me on the one.
9-I love to cuddle and spend with my husband and children in our pajamas. We are homebodies and love to be home with each other almost as much as we love to be out.
10-I love to cook and eat really good, healthy food. I’ve followed a strict paleo lifestyle for the last year and a half but for the last month I’ve been a little more relaxed. I can definitely feel the difference in my body and in my energy. I love eating paleo, it makes me feel good, it helps with my chronic pain in my back, and I just really enjoy being creative with recipes.
11-I had to include one more. I love life.
That was just ten things I love and I could go on. This was such a fun and positive post to write. I’m still thinking of all the things I love, in this moment, now, where I am in my life. How about you?
